The food is very good there I'm surprised they don't serve ground beef. Anyhow I've never had any complaints about their food. I love their tostada salad, that's one of my favorites. The only thing I don't like is how they no longer want to serve enchiladas with pastor. They said something like the meat gets too tough. Let the customer decide! If I found the meat was too tough I just wouldn't order it anymore. Regardless she did make me a pastor enchilada dinner after much begging and it was delicious. I took away one star since I did have to basically beg.

The food here is fantastic. My favorite item is the burrito mojado. On the inside is simply rice, whole pino beans, and whatever meat you might want. On the outside is their absolutely yummy mole sauce, a small amount of melted cheese, and a dollop of sour cream, pico de gallo, and guacamole. So delicious! They have the best machaca (scrambled eggs with shredded beef); if you like Mexican breakfast it's a great option, mild or spicy. The tortilla soup is fantastic as well, and so is their aguas frescas. They usually have at least three flavors, which they change from time to time. The salsa is great as well. Fresh ingredients all around. Service is friendly and fairly fast. You order at the counter and they bring your food. The ambiance is cute, very colorful and casual.

Great ambience. Food was so fresh and delicious. I am vegetarian and they made sure none of the items I ordered had lard/ chicken broth/meat in them. I had a veggie sope, cheese enchilada and a soft veggie taco. Recommend all three with the green salsa! The service was also great! They accidentally gave me a crispy taco instead of a soft but was quick to change it for me. I would recommend this place if you're around Antioch area craving for Mexican food!
